About This Game In the year 2048, a high-altitude airliner built to carry man’s dreams crashed, leading to the loss of countless lives. At the same time, following the unforeseen death of Amamiya Daigo -- the astronaut once lauded as a hero -- the field of space development entered a period of stagnation. Two years later, in 2050, Hinata Youichi attends high school as the sole survivor of the crash, his memories lost from the shock caused by the accident. After jointly founding the so-called Space Club, Youichi and his friend Amamiya Ginga, the son of Amamiya Daigo, spent their school days building a rocket -- until one fateful night, a mysterious young girl called Aries crash-lands near them, her memories also lost from the shock of the landing. Youichi, unable to leave Aries to fend for herself, decides to take the girl in, and so the two begin their new lives under the same roof ... 6d5b4406ea Title: Himawari - The Sunflower -Genre: AdventureDeveloper:blank-note & FrontwingPublisher:MangaGamerRelease Date: 9 Dec, 2016 Himawari - The Sunflower - Download For Pc [crack] himawari the sunflower. himawari the sunflower wiki. himawari sunflower field. himawari sunflower osu. himawari the sunflower routes. himawari the sunflower download. himawari means sunflower. himawari the sunflower cg. himawari the sunflower apk. himawari the sunflower review. himawari and sunflower. himawari the sunflower vn. himawari the sunflower walkthrough Himawari’s most pressing issue is that it tries to be a story oriented visual novel while being a character driven novel. I heard many referring to the huge plot twists ending every route, especially after the epilogue for the last one, yet I feel each and every one of them fell flat for the simple reason that I had been given not enough knowledge or reason to care about the mechanics behind the world, as the plot mostly focused on characters’ interactions, which aren’t that impressive too. Each route, except maybe 2048, focused heavily on slices of life, mundane and every day content with sparse dramatic revelations and climaxes, so I was involved with the characters, I could relate to them (especially Akira, he’s my man) but as for the events I couldn’t care less or, in some cases, understand their importance. I was presented with a cast of characters having a simple, initial objective, to send a homemade rocket to fly into space, and from there it develops into a complex tale regarding the ambitions, the motives and, sometimes, the madness of the men reaching for the stars. What already made my emotional involvement with the story collapse were the inevitable comparison I unconsciously made with a comic named Planetes, which dealt with basically everything that is in Himawari only in far more depth, with better characters, a shorter more cohesive story and general better writing. I won’t make any distinct parallel between the two since it would be unfair and not say much about Himawari’s own merits. As for one last, personal digression, I hated the character of Daigo, from beginning to finish I couldn’t fathom his personality, his goals, his involvement with the story, everything he meant, did and stood for. Those who already read the novel may imagine how my impression of the story and the characters related to him was undermined by this, I won’t deny that what are often times considered to be the best parts of the game were, in fact, what had me the most groaning and rolling back my eyes for this reason.Lastly, what hammered the remaining nails in the coffin, was the lack of an aftermath in every, single route. They just end, show you some plot twists, build a circumstantial resolution but leave so much open you’d just hope the next route had the answer you sought. They don’t, never. If you have questions in the middle of the game better forget them and hope it’s something the game thinks is deserving of an explanation before the ending. Regardless, oftentimes the more you will go on with the story the bigger will be the twists presented and the more the lack of any epilogue, explanation or context will leave you with just the build up for a grander sci-fi story that is never going to be told.. all these detailed reviews herei just wanna say that i love Aqualoveedit: sometimes i have lovely aqua dreams.. Himawari is possibly the best visual novel out there, at least if you like character-focused stories, eccentric but realistic characters who don't just use something like a catch phrase to try to feel eccentric, tons of good surprises, nonsense that turns out to be sensible, plot hints introduced constantly that are surprisingly realized somewhere or another and generational stories involving realistic science fiction (even though some things are introduced as facts when they are clearly wrong). Plus the game took me between 60-90 hours to complete while listening to the voice acting (my Internet was dead on quite a few days I was playing and my Steam settings are confusing so there are a lot of times when I don't get my hours recorded). This is a story about aliens (but not obvious/cliche ones in the slightest) that mainly takes its form as a story of humans and their nature. And just about every thing that seems like it could be normal has a meaningful circumstance around it, but in a puzzle piece way rather than constructing conveniences. Himawari's story and plot are very, very intricate and it is surprising how well the typical choice structure of visual novels is used. Instead of feeling like you know what you are doing constantly (gaining affection points or whatnot) choices can be quite confusing when you first start out. What seems like an innocuous choice is a ridiculous bad ending. Choices exist that only change the text. You should naturally end up taking the first route first, but it seems like you have the chance to get into both altenrative routes before the first intended route. The choices make it feel like a proper game when combined with how involving the story is. It really feels like a journey to sort through your memories and understand the meaning of everything. What seemed ridiculous might stay ridiculous, but it is able to be explained and have some charm.....There are many many great things to be said about this visual novel. It feels so transformative and emotional that it felt like it was truly part of my life during the time I was playing it. It feels like the characters and events embody things that everyone would be excited or joyed to read and delivers on them. I had to wait days, even weeks before feeling comfortable to finish some parts of it. However, there are two major flawed points in this story.... First of all, the second arc of the story feels like it was mostly rather pointless, sterile and boring. It really helped explore the psychology of very important characters and gave setups to a lot of important plot points, but the pacing is much slower than it needed to be. The slow, boringness is what is supposed to give a realistic mood, but it feels like there was just too much that wasn't really necessary to have included. Most of the meaningful content is just the second half of that arc. I don't get why the second arc is so subtle when the rest of Himawari gets straight to the point usually. (Maybe I am under-rating this part of the story a bit too much though as it really paints so many things into clearer detail.) There is also a side story which you get after completing more of the game which I felt didn't really add anything at all, and I was sad to see it take up so many scenes with only a few lines of text. The second major flaw is that one of the good endings stops far short of clearing up the only plot hole in the story and instead opens up a ton of desire and anxiety to see what will happen next. Maybe this was intended as a setup for a sequel because very little clears up what could or should happen next and it seems vital to the story. It felt like the true climax. Instead, this plot was answered in a fandisc sequel to the game. Sounds like it would still be good and maybe the original writer was involved... but I don't get why they used this character the way they did. They could have revealed more about them because the scenes before that ending were really light and clearly made the character mysterious. It also felt very unnatural that the main character did not meet this person within the storyline. She ends up being one of two major characters who never get an art depiction. On a technical standpoint, the art is really stiff and unnatural most of the time. I don't find art ruining my enjoyment of stories, but if you were already concerned about the art, you should have seen the problems pretty quickly. There are still some good and natural pieces of art though. And as for the game's controls... it is pretty awkard to use. The controls differ from most visual novels with Enter being the text advance key rather than Spacebar. Auto mode and skipping to choices is configured on the F keys, which I didn't even figure out until I finally checked to see what was on Steam after completing the game 100%.. This is a wonderful VN for those who like histories that bases on mysteries and space.Throughout my playtrough I was able to empathise with the characters and their feelings mainly because the characters are realy deep and the soudtrack helps a lot with setting up a mood for the scene. In my opinion this game is well worth the money and I can't wait to see a trasnlated version of the side history: Himawari Aqua After - The Day the Moon Stood Still. What I expected to be a regular old sci-fi visual novel with dramatic moments turned out much more. This VN was able to really get me into the heads of the characters, and feel the emotions they had felt on the brink of death, loneliness, and longing for love. I definitely recommend it, and it is one of the most human VNs I have read to date.. A bit different then what I expected when I went through it. I was bothered at the lack of technological development for the game taking place in 2050, like just look at the tv in Youichi's living room like that comes straight out of 2006. Some questions unanswered with open endings but overall I was sastified. Aqua best girl.. Great VN. Heart-wrenching story mixed with sci-fi and a good cast.Really would recommend it to everyone.. I'm still not completely finished with Himawari yet, at this point I have completed the 1st and 2nd episodes, Aqua's Route and Asuka's Route. There's still a good portion of content I haven't seen in Himawari yet, I'm assuming that's the bad ends and the side story. After experiencing these routes I can say I have a new appreciation for this game as its plot is very interesting and much more than just simple humor. I loved realizing how all of the characters were 'related' to each other upon finishing all the routes. I'm not sure which route was supposed to be the true route or whether or not there was one at all I personally think it would be Asuka's route because it shows what happens five years later when there's been greater progress as far as space travel goes, Youichi has a position in the Saionji Group and has a daughter named Himawari. (Really curious what Cosmos was talking about at the end there, wonder if there's any continuation to that.) Where as the ending to episode 1 simply leaves off with Airies returning to space with Aqua and Akira after apologizing for causing the accident with her code (which we of course find out in Aqua's route that it wasn't her) and Aqua's route leaves off with Youichi and Aqua traveling to various different countries. Asuka's route gave greater insight to Asuka herself as well as what would come in the future and seemed more like a true route, however, unfortunately Youichi doesn't remember Aoi fully in that route nor is it ever uncovered (to Aqua, Airies, and Youichi) that the accident was actually purposefully caused by Souichirou to get rid of the Lunar Virus. Nor is it revealed that Youichi is the only one who still has the Lunar Virus (I believe he got it from Aoi through there kiss because it can be transfered by mucus? I guess that means that now Asuka also has it, if she is still alive that is.) I hope that Youichi is able to learn all these secret in the Asuka route regarding the experiments on the Sunflower, Daigo, Aoi, and the crash as we know them. All in all, I've enjoyed Himawari thus far and say it was well worth the read and money spent.. Here's a drinking game for you:Take a shot every time the game describes something as "crimson". Just make sure you have an ambulance on standby.. Having only finished the game once (which believe me its not a lot, because there are many routes unlocked each individual time you finish the game) i have to say, that im shocked by how well written and how immersive the whole experience was. I loved this game, and i really do regret not playing it earlier. In other words, just buy it already 11/10!!! xd
